Our thirty-minute consultation costs nothing and requires no purchase. If we prepare a Market Comparison Report for you, it is yours either way. The stated $500 value describes the analysis, not a charge to you. Insurance carriers pay us a commission only if you place a contract.
Any guarantee comes from the insurance company that issues the contract. Insurance and annuities are not FDIC insured and not guaranteed by any bank.
These terms govern the websites, landing pages, funnels, forms and booking pages operated by Refined Capital LLC, doing business as WealthMax Solutions ("WealthMax," "we," "us"), including wealthmaxsolutions.com and learn.wealthmaxsolutions.com, and the services offered through them (the "Sites"). A form or booking page may be hosted for us by another company. By using the Sites, booking a call or submitting a form, you agree to these terms. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information. If you don't agree to these terms, don't use the Sites.

WealthMax Solutions is an independent insurance agency. Our agents are licensed insurance producers who compare life insurance, indexed universal life (IUL) insurance and annuities from multiple insurance companies. We are not an insurance company, a bank, a broker-dealer, a registered investment adviser, a law firm or an accounting firm.
Everything on the Sites, including articles, examples, videos and ads, is general information. It is not insurance, investment, tax or legal advice. A recommendation is made only after a licensed agent has reviewed your situation with you. Consult your own tax and legal advisers before acting.
Submitting a form or booking a call doesn't create a policy or any obligation to buy. Products are available only in states where we and the insurance company are licensed. Features, rates and availability vary by state, age and insurance company, are subject to underwriting, and change without notice.
Guarantees are backed solely by the financial strength and claims-paying ability of the issuing insurance company. Insurance and annuities are not deposits, are not insured by the FDIC or any government agency, and are not guaranteed by any bank.

Indexed universal life insurance and fixed indexed annuities are not investments in the stock market or in any index. Credited interest is subject to caps, participation rates and other limits the insurance company can change within the contract's terms.

Withdrawals can also reduce policy benefits and may be taxable. You pay us nothing for a consultation or Market Comparison Report we prepare for you. Insurance companies pay us a commission when a policy or annuity we help place is issued. Commissions vary by company and product. Ask your agent about the compensation on any product you're considering and they'll tell you.
If we show reviews or testimonials, they reflect the individual's experience, not a guarantee or prediction of your results. Any material connection between a reviewer and WealthMax should be disclosed alongside the review.
When you give contact permission on a WealthMax form or booking page, WealthMax and the licensed professionals acting through WealthMax may contact you as described there. Calls or texts may use automated technology if the form says so. Consent to automated marketing calls or texts is not a condition of purchase.
You confirm the phone number you give us is yours or one you're authorized to use. If it changes, tell us, so we don't contact the new owner.
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any text to opt out, START to rejoin, or HELP for help. You can also opt out by emailing or calling us. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Marketing texts require separate permission. Calls may be recorded or monitored for quality and compliance where permitted by law, with notice where required.

Marketing emails include a way to unsubscribe. We honor those requests as required by law. Messages about an appointment, application or policy may still be sent when appropriate.

You may view and print pages for your own personal use. Any other use requires our written permission. Insurance company names and logos belong to their owners and don't imply endorsement.
The Sites link to insurance companies, scheduling tools, video platforms and social media operated by others. We don't control them and aren't responsible for their content, products or practices. Your use of them is governed by their own terms.
The Sites and their content are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement. We don't warrant that the Sites will be uninterrupted, secure or error-free, or that any information on them is complete or current. Some states don't allow the exclusion of implied warranties, so parts of this section may not apply to you.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, WealthMax and its agents and employees will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits or data, arising out of your use of the Sites, whether based in contract, tort or any other theory.
This section does not limit any right you have under an insurance policy or annuity contract or under state insurance law, or any liability that can't be limited by law, including for fraud.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless WealthMax and its agents and employees against any claim, loss or expense, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of your breach of these terms, your misuse of the Sites, or information you submit that is false or isn't yours to give, including someone else's phone number.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute about the Sites or these terms will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Arizona, and you consent to that jurisdiction. Nothing here prevents you from filing a complaint with your state insurance department or attorney general.
We may revise these terms by posting an updated version with a new effective date. Changes apply prospectively. If any provision is held unenforceable, the rest stays in force. These terms govern the Sites; any insurance application or contract is a separate agreement.
