The Short Version

We collect the information you give us through our websites, forms, calls and messages, along with information about visits to our websites. We use it to answer your request, arrange appointments, help you explore insurance options, operate our business and meet applicable record-keeping requirements.

We share information with licensed professionals acting through WealthMax, insurers and organizations involved in an application, service providers that help run our business, and advertising platforms such as Meta for ad measurement. We do not sell contact lists or share text-message opt-in information with others for their own marketing.

Reply STOP to end texts. You can also ask to access, correct or delete your information, subject to applicable legal and record-keeping requirements.

Who This Policy Covers

This policy explains how Refined Capital LLC, doing business as WealthMax Solutions ("WealthMax," "we," "us"), collects, uses, shares and protects personal information. It covers our websites and WealthMax landing pages and funnels, including wealthmaxsolutions.com and learn.wealthmaxsolutions.com, as well as forms and booking pages we use, and our related calls, emails and text messages. A form or booking page may be hosted for us by another company.

WealthMax Solutions is an independent insurance agency. It is not an insurance company, a bank, a broker-dealer or a registered investment adviser.

What We Collect

Information you give us

  • Your name, email address and phone number, and your time zone when you book a call
  • The details of your situation you choose to discuss with an agent, such as your goals, income, family and existing coverage
  • Anything you write into a form or send us by email or text
  • If you apply for a policy or annuity, the information the insurance company's application requires, which can include your Social Security number, date of birth, beneficiaries, health and financial details

Please don't put Social Security numbers, account numbers or health details into a website form. We'll ask for anything we need in a secure way.

Information collected automatically

  • IP address, approximate location derived from it, browser and device type
  • Pages viewed, referring site, and how you arrived here, including the ad you clicked
  • Cookies and similar technologies. See Cookies And Tracking below

Information from other sources

  • Insurance companies, in connection with an application you've made
  • Advertising platforms, when you reach us through one of their ads

How We Use It

  • To schedule, confirm and remind you about a call with an agent
  • To compare insurance options against your situation and help you apply
  • To answer questions you send us
  • To send you information about our services, where you've agreed to receive it. You can stop this at any time
  • To measure and improve our advertising
  • To meet our legal, regulatory, licensing and record-keeping obligations
  • To detect fraud, protect our sites and enforce our terms

We may use automated tools to route an inquiry to a licensed professional. A licensed professional reviews any product recommendation with you; the issuing insurer makes its own underwriting decisions.

Text Messages And Calls

If you give us permission on a form, we and the licensed professionals acting through WealthMax may contact you as described on that form. This can include calls, emails and texts about your inquiry or appointment. We send marketing texts only when you separately agree to receive them. Consent to automated marketing calls or texts is not a condition of buying anything.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to opt out, or HELP for help. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

Calls with our agents may be recorded or monitored for quality, training and compliance. You'll be told at the start of the call where that applies.

Cookies And Tracking

We use cookies and similar technologies to operate our sites, understand visits and measure advertising. These may include the Meta Pixel and other advertising tools. Such tools may receive online identifiers and information about actions on our sites, such as page visits and completed forms or bookings, to measure ads and help us reach interested audiences. We do not intentionally send Social Security numbers, health details, insurance application answers or text-message consent through advertising tools.

You can manage interest-based ads at aboutads.info/choices, in your Facebook ad preferences, or in Google's My Ad Center. You can also block or delete cookies in your browser, or contact us to request that we stop using your information for targeted advertising. Blocking cookies may affect some site or booking features.

Our sites don't respond to Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control signals. Use the options above to opt out.

Who We Share It With

  • Licensed insurance professionals acting through WealthMax who handle your inquiry or appointment
  • Insurance companies, and the marketing organizations we're contracted through, where you ask us to get a quote, submit an application or service a policy
  • Service providers who work for us under contract, such as our CRM, scheduling, email and text delivery, hosting and security providers, who may use the information only to provide that service
  • Advertising platforms such as Meta, through the tools described above
  • Regulators, courts and law enforcement, where we're legally required to respond
  • A successor business, if WealthMax is merged, sold or reorganized

We do not sell, rent or give lists of the people who contact us to other agents, agencies or lead companies for their own marketing. Our use of advertising tools is described above.

If you apply for insurance, the privacy notices you receive from the insurance company and from us at that time also apply to your application information.

How Long We Keep It

We keep personal information while it is needed to handle your request, serve you, or meet legal and insurance record-keeping requirements. We remove or de-identify information when it is no longer needed for those purposes. We may keep a minimal record of an opt-out so we can honor your choice.

How We Protect It

We use administrative, technical and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information, including encryption in transit and access controls. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we can't guarantee absolute security.

We will never ask for your online banking or brokerage login, and we never ask for access to your accounts. If anyone claiming to represent us does, it isn't us. Contact us right away.

Your Rights

Wherever you live in the U.S., you can ask us to:

  • Tell you what personal information we have about you and where it came from, and give you a copy
  • Correct information that is wrong
  • Delete it, subject to the record-keeping rules described above
  • Stop using it for marketing or targeted advertising

We won't treat you differently for making a privacy request. To make one, contact us using the details below. We may need to verify your identity before acting and will respond within the time required by applicable law. You may use an authorized agent with proof of their authority. If we decline a request, we will explain why and how to appeal where an appeal is available. Insurance applicants and policyholders may have additional rights under state insurance privacy laws.

Children

Our services are for adults. We don't knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we'll delete it.

Other Sites

Our sites link to insurance companies, video platforms and social media. We don't control those sites and aren't responsible for their content or privacy practices. Read their policies before giving them information.

Changes To This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The effective date at the top shows when it was last revised. If a change materially affects how we handle information we already have, we'll give notice on this site before it applies.
